Extended Service Plans: If you have Factory Warranty remaining on your current Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle than you can extend your current coverage by purchasing an ESP. You can choose from 4 different types of coverage. Powertrain, Base Care, Extra Care, and Premium Care. We have all types of mileage and time configurations so that you get the best coverage based on your driving habits. We also have a 0% financing option on certain plans which will allow for you to finance your Service Plan for 5, 11, or 17 months. No credit check and everyone is approved. If your vehicle no longer has any remaining factory warranty left on it, you can still purchase Extended Coverage. We would schedule a time to have your vehicle Safety Checked by one of our Factory Trained Technicians. We will waive the Safety Check fee (Normally $59.95) if an extended coverage is purchased. Before any Extended Coverage can be purchased, any current issues found during the Safety check must be fixed.

Simonize System 5: Exterior and Interior Paint and Fabric Protection. The exterior of the vehicle is fully cleaned with a special chemical that allows the wax to bond to the clearcoat of your vehicle. Once applied, the Simonize Wax formula will prevent any damage to the vehicle's paint due to bird droppings, tree sap, acid rain, UV rays and virtually anything else. After the application, simply grab your garden hose and rinse off any debris. YOU NEVER HAVE TO WAX YOUR VEHICLE AGAIN! The interior of the vehicle is treated with a special chemical that eliminates the chance that your vehicle's interior will become stained. If you have children or eat on the run, this product is for you. Leather interior...NO PROBLEM. There is a special Leather Conditioner that treats your leather so that stains are a thing of the past. Any liquid that comes in contact with any interior fabric will simply just bead up and allow for easy cleaning.

Security Guard: This is the next generation of Glass Etching. This labeling system places a sticker on every major panel of your vehicle. All doors, hood, trunk, and 1/4 panels are labeled. If a label is removed the specialty glue emits a bright purple residue when police shine there black light on it. This process alerts police that this vehicle is equipped with the labeling system and they are then trained to look for other labels. These labels have a specific code on them as well as a phone number so that your vehicle can be returned to you as soon as possible. In the event that your vehicle is lost or stolen and not recovered with 30 days, this plan will pay you up to $5000 to cover any deductibles and out of pocket expense that you incurred.

Ultrashield Protection Program: This is a New Vehicle Exterior Protection Plan. Pre-Owned coverage is also available (Ask about terms). Because the cost of Tire Replacement is increasing every year, cover yourself against unexpected Rad Hazard damage for up to 5 years. This IS NOT a reimbursement program. You have $0 out of pocket expense to repair or replace your current tires or wheels. Whether it's a Nail, a Curb, or Pothole...There are NO worries with the Exterior Protection Plan. Any Dents or Dings that your vehicle may get due to car door openings etc will be removed at NO Charge to you up to 3 times a year for up to 5 years. Up to 2 dings/dents removed per visit. This is a Paintless Dent/Ding removal. You will also receive Windshield Protection. Any windshield damage caused by Road Debris that results in a chip or small crack on the windshield will be covered up to 5 times a year for up to 5 years (Major cracks or broken glass cannot be repaired). You also get 24 Emergency Roadside assistance, Towing service, Essential Fluids and Supplies delivered, Flat Tire Assistance, Battery Assistance, and Lockout Service for up to 5 years depending on the length of the contract purchased. Safe Alert: Emergency Notification System for your family. As of January 2005, all Police, Rescue, and EMT persons are trained to look for the Safe Alert Sticker or card. This system is NOT just used in motor vehicle accidents, it can be used in any emergency situation that arises. The system is set up so that in case of an emergency, the police, rescue, and EMT personel, contact the 1-800 number on your card or sticker and tell them your personal code. This gets the ball rolling and the Safe Alert company then contacts up to 4 other people listed on your file, to notify them of what has happened and where you are. This system also stores information on previous medical history, such as allergic reactions to medicine and other info. As stated, this system is not just used for MV accidents.

True Stories: #1 A mother a 1 year old child were on the way to the mall. An accident occured in which the vehicle was flipped over and the mother was seriously injured and knocked unconscious. The child was not injured in the accident. As the medical team and police arrived they noticed the sticker on the vehicle as well as the Safe Alert Card that the mother had. They contacted Safe Alert and since the child could not speak yet, were able to contact the Father and let him know that an accident had occurred and where they were taking his wife and child. Without this system, it could have been hours before the Father would have known that anything was wrong.

#2 A man in his late 50's was away on business and was over 250 miles away from home. While eating dinner one evening, he had a Heart Attack and had to be rushed to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital, the Safe Alert card was found behind his driver’s license and the 1-800 number was called. After speaking with the Safe Alert rep, the hospital found out that this patient had numerous allergies to specific medicines that may have been used to treat his Heart Attack. The Safe Alert system also contacted his wife and sister who were able to give further information and consent to do whatever was necessary to save his life. The man was treated and released and his family was grateful for the Safe Alert System which may have saved his life.

#3 A young child was abducted in February of 2004. Taken almost 2700 miles away, the young girl was sent into a convenience store to pick up milk for her abductor. While in the store, the young girl left her Safe Alert card with the clerk. After seeing the card, the clerk was suspicious and wrote down the license plate of the car that drove away. After contacting Police telling them what happened a call was placed to Safe Alert. The Safe Alert company contacted the family of the missing girl and confirmed that she was in fact missing. Police raided the home of the suspect and apprehended him and freed the little girl. To this day, that family can’t stress enough how important this system is and they have their little girl back as living proof.
